Privacy Policy

We don't want your data.

Privacy isn't a "feature" we toggle on. It's how we build everything. We don't have your name, your email, or your secrets. We like it that way.

What we don't collect

• No Personal Info: We don't ask for your name, email, or any other identifiers.
• No Tracking: We use privacy-first analytics that don't use cookies or fingerprint you.
• No Cookies: We don't use cookies to follow you around the internet.

Tracker Apps (Good Deeds, Mitzvah)

Everything stays on your device. We use your browser's Local Storage or IndexedDB. We never see what you're tracking. If you clear your browser data, your history is gone forever. We can't "recover" it because we never had it.

EventWeatherPlanner

When you search for a location, we send that query to Open-Meteo to get historical climate stats. We generate shareable permalinks for reports. These contain the location and dates—nothing else. We don't link these to your personal info.

The Infrastructure

• Cloudflare: They host this site and provide privacy-first analytics without cookies or tracking. They process your IP address temporarily to stop DDoS attacks and maintain security.
• Open-Meteo: Receives your location searches anonymously.
• OpenRouter: Processes climate data for AI insights without knowing who you are.
• Buy Me a Coffee: If you donate, they handle the money. We only see your name if you choose to include it.

Your Rights

Since we don't have your data, we can't sell it, share it, or lose it in a breach. You control your data by managing your browser storage.

Terms of Service

The Basics

MubergApps provides free, privacy-focused tools. Use them correctly or don't use them at all. You must be 13+ to be here.

Tracker Responsibility

Your data is on your device. Backup your own stuff. If you clear your cache and lose your data, that's on you.

EventWeatherPlanner: Not a Forecast

This tool analyzes historical climate patterns. - A "70% chance of rain" means it rained 70% of the time in the past. It is not a prediction for this year. - We aren't liable for any plans or financial losses made based on this data.

Intellectual Property

You own your data. We own the code, the brand, and the design.

Disclaimers & Liability

Everything is provided "AS IS." We don't guarantee the site will be bug-free or accurate.

Our apps are provided for free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is $0.

Governing Law

New York law applies. Any legal matters will be handled under the laws of New York. We prefer resolving things through direct communication, but New York courts have final jurisdiction.
